A 2017 graduate of the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, Isaac has produced educational, instructional, and social issue documentaries in such far-flung locations as Dakar, Senegal and Yangon, Myanmar.

A thesis documentary film he produced, Hale, won the 2017 Student Academy Award for best documentary and screened at the American Pavilion at the 2018 Cannes film festival.

He is currently studying the interface between politics, cognition, and morality and is interested in being at the vanguard of the new evidence informed, multimedia conversation about how society should regulate itself in the era of neuroscience and Big Data.

In his spare time he is an enthusiastic father, yogi, and gardener.
